This position is based in Tempus' Washington, DC head office. The CRM Rollout Facilitator is a fulltime temporary position for about 8 weeks to assist with roll-out of a new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system within a small to midsize financial services company. The facilitator will become familiar with the new CRM system being implemented, as well as the company’s existing systems and business models, then apply technical expertise to develop solutions to issues that arise. Facilitator will also provide one on one support and training to employees both in person and remotely with satellite offices. Ideal for a computer science advanced college student or recent college graduate.      


  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Support project planning: Create project plans, timescales and work break-down structures; define role of project management in each project, including specific roles and responsibilities for each project member and work group.
  • Manage projects: Provide hands-on project management, deliverables, dependencies and outcomes as approved by management and key stake-holders. Ensure project goals and objectives are achieved within project timeframes and guidelines.
  • Provide project communications: Prepare communication plan and related project status reports to key stake-holders to provide updates on activities and deliverables as well as risk and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure quality implementations: Identify and manage overall change control processes and quality assurance aspects of the project to ensure project success. Identify and manage overall project dependencies and ensure project deliverables stay on-time, on-target and on-budget.
  • Share best practices: Solicit and analyze feedback on process improvement, documentation process and project planning.
  • Support implementation of standard project management policies and procedures.



  • Knowledge of IT procedures and CRM solutions, like Freshsales, Pipedrive or Hubspot.
